I'm all about the interesting titles this week.
Two good half practices, this morning was almost too easy. Felt really fit, and I think I could have pushed myself a little more. Especially in the back bends - did my 4 UDs, and could have done another.
And that's it really. Trying to blog more often, which basically means I come up with a whole load of dull posts like this!
